We do not provide online training but focus on face-to-face, classroom training. We believe delegates get a greater benefit from training this way.
The training can be delivered at our training facility in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire or at your workplace. We will bring all the kit necessary for the training course with us.

Each course will take the format of hands-on exercises and classroom style lectures. We supply each delegate with pens, notepads, and their own copy of the course material.

For the onsite course, generally our trainer will arrive at your site one day before the training start day, to make the setup and any necessary arrangement, please book the same classroom and arrange this arrival with your reception. Additionally, please also arrange the assistance to lift the kit to the classroom. We will send the details of the trainer to you when nearer.
Once booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email with joining instructions if the training is at our training facility.
You will also receive one-month and one-week reminder emails, if applicable.

No not required, we provide all the kit necessary for each course.
Generally, no. However, please note for single delegate course bookings, delegates from other companies may also attend (up to a maximum of three delegates per course).

Providing the cancellation/postponement is made at least 10 (ten) working days prior to the agreed course booking date, the course may be re-scheduled to a mutually agreeable date to both parties. The re-scheduled course must be booked within a timeframe of six months from the original course booking date.
Opensoft Systems Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. Delegates will be notified, and an alternative date will be offered, or the course fee will be refunded in full. If a course has to be cancelled at the last moment, the fees will be refunded in full, however, Opensoft Systems will not be liable for any consequential losses incurred by delegates or their organisations due to cancellation.
All delegates receive a certificate of attendance on completion of a course.
